Cricket in Nepal

Cricket is 2nd famous game in the world after soccer (football).  Likewise soccer was invented from England, Cricket was also invented from England. It is played between 2 teams (2 nations) each team consists 11 players.

Cricket is very popular in Nepal; however, Nepal is not in world cup of cricket because they started late to play it.

People are so desperate to play it that they even block the roads sometimes. I used to go play from 6 am to around 6 pm.

There are 2 umpire in the ground and one as 3rd umpire to check the close out or runs. Basically the batsman try to hit the ball out of boundry to score as much run as he can, if balls goes out of boundry flying he'll secure 6 runs for his  team and if the balls goes out of boundry with bounce inside the boundry he'll secure 4 runs for his team and if the balls in the ground he and the runner on other side will run to secure run.
where else the bollower tries to knock off the wicket that 3 stick! When bollowing you can't trow ball without out rotating your hand you have to rotate it full and balls have to pitch the ground can't throw without pitching to ground it will give the batsman side free run. If the balls to go filder hand without patch in ground batsman will be out and if the batsman running and didn't reach the other side line before the ball hit the wicket then he'll be run out.

Nepal 2nd in water of the world.

As mention, Nepal is 2nd in water and the water resource start from Himalayas ( mountains). There are about 6,000 rivers, streams, rivulets, brooks and nalas in Nepal. Nepali rivers produce 225, millions cuses water.

Narayani (gandaki) river is the deepest river in Nepal, which follows to India as a main source of water. It's close where I used to live and had been there to swim many times, the flow of water is strong/sharp from where i used to live.

Koshi river is the longest river in Nepal. As you can see it's all start from mountains and gets bigger and bigger as it goes to low altitude.

You can see many water falls along the side of highway in Nepal.

This is a karnali river people love to do rafting here.

This is a seti river it's been named as seti because it's so white (Seti). It looks small when you look from top but if you fall no chance of coming because the water is so deep and narrow it's gone under and under the ground like that.
